At Hudson Globe, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of every order. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: You must request a return within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, bulk special orders, perishable or time-sensitive agricultural commodities are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged on arrival.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@hudsonglobe.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is defective or damaged.

  2. Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fulfillment error on our part.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@hudsonglobe.com

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting photos
